epicurious.jennie is a twenty something living in brooklyn, ny.  she has a professional job where she sits in front of a computer all day.   however, her secret wish is to go culinary school and learn all things that is food.  in the meantime she muses in her kitchen, trying out recipes, and feeding them to her boyfriend and dog.  she collects cookbooks, and tries to aspire to some of the food blogs she reads.  her favorite cuisines include chinese, malayasian, japanese, and korean.

other none food related things i like to do including running, biking and hopefully surfing with my new custom surfboard. 

one of my goals is to complete a marathon in every state.  so far the tally is up to seven. i’ve done the Cincinnati Flying Pigs Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Orlando Disney Marathon (Goofy Challenge), New York City Marathon twice, New Jersey Marathon, Philadelphia Marathon, and the Marine Corps Marathon.
